At Sihoo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic seating experience. If your chair isn't the perfect fit, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Disassemble the product and place it back into its original packaging, ensuring all components and tools are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for quality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
